A Virtual Demo With Defined Odds
Eight independent fair binary marks, 0 or 1, form 256 equally likely sequences. At the eighth mark, find the longest nonempty proper prefix that also equals a suffix. A proper prefix is shorter than the whole sequence; matching parts may overlap. Square that length for the terminal score. If no nonempty proper border exists, the score is zero. The initial expected terminal score is exactly 33/8, or 4.125. Every permitted stopping policy based only on revealed information has exact unrounded expected RTP 97%. This is a mathematical expectation under the stated finite model, not a guarantee for a round or a session. Some rounds return zero. Collection timing changes the distribution of outcomes without raising expectation. Signals and previous rounds do not predict the next independent marks.
When to Stop
Choose a personal time or virtual-coin boundary before starting. Stop when it is reached, rather than extending the session to chase a lost round. A loss does not signal an approaching winning sequence. The game does not enforce that boundary or assess a reader’s behaviour.
Practical Session Boundaries
Choose a stake of 10, 20, 50 or 100 play coins, with default 20. One captured stake is charged when starting. Settled balance and fractional payout carry persist in localStorage; whole coins are paid and the remaining fraction is saved for later settlement. Reloading an unfinished round ends it without refunding the stake. When idle below 10 coins, Restore balance sets the wallet to exactly 1000 rather than adding 1000. Saved carry remains. Stake, target and restoration controls lock during a round. Repeated restoration still consumes attention and time; it is optional, not a reason to keep playing. There is no real-money budget, deposit control or account-exclusion service on this guide.
Seeking Appropriate Support
This guide and original demo are intended for adults aged 18 or older. The audience statement does not determine legal eligibility for an external service. Set a personal session boundary outside the game and stop when it is reached. There is no automatic session timer or account-level exclusion feature. If play disrupts daily routines or causes distress, stop and consider speaking with a trusted person or qualified professional; this guide cannot assess or diagnose a condition.
